Krisha Maynard is a proud graduate of Clark University, class of 2006, where she double majored in English and Theater with a concentration in Shakespearean Studies. She also served as Vice President and President of the Clark University Players Society during her time there. She has presented at the Northeastern Shakespearean Conference on the need to reorganize the Shakespearean cannon to maintain its modern relevance, participated in numerous scene studies and productions, and received critical acclaim for her performance of Emilia in Othello. In short, she is a self-confirmed Shakespeare nerd. Krisha has also served on the Show Selection Committee for the Westborough Players' Club. She joined the Flyleaf Theater Company Board shortly after its inception, at the request of JPE and ACE, and considers the founding of this Company one of her greatest accomplishments to date. Some of her favorite roles include: Annabella in 'Tis Pity She's a Whore (Clark Univ., 2005), Evelyn S. Haterknackle in Strange Bedfellows (Clark Univ., 2006), Vibrata in ...Forum (Westborough Players' Club, 2010), Sir Andrew Augecheek in Twelfth Night (Flyleaf Theater Company, 2013) and Mrs. Bergmann in Spring's Awakening (Flyleaf Theater Company, 2014). Krisha works as an In-Store Educator and Educator Mentor for Whole Foods Markets and enjoys camping, cooking, crafting, and going to Renaissance Faires dressed as a Viking. She lives in Worcester with her husband, Jon (not Eldridge).
